Account Information

• Email, name, age, gender
   
• Used for account setup, support, and subscription verification
   
• Retained until account deletion or after 30 days of inactivity
   

Facial Photos

• Uploaded images are used for appearance feedback
   
• Only saved if the user taps "Save"; otherwise deleted after viewing
   

Other Images

• Body photos, screenshots, etc.
   
• Used once for analysis; not saved
   

Device & Diagnostic Data

• Includes IP address, OS version, and crash logs
   
• Used for fraud prevention and app stability
   
• Stored for 30 days in rotating logs
   

Subscription Metadata

• Apple transaction ID, RevenueCat product ID
   
• Used to verify plan access
   
• Retained as long as your account exists
   

We do not collect sensitive data like race or orientation, nor do we store payment details (Apple handles payments).

We share data only with trusted processors:

• AWS S3 (image storage)
   
• OpenAI (AI analysis)
   
• DeepImage & AI Hairstyles (optional enhancements)
   
• RevenueCat (billing verification)
   

These services act as processors only. We never sell or share data for advertising.

Data may be processed in Canada or the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or similar legal safeguards.

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
   
• Staff access is role-based and logged
   

• Access: Email us to request your data
   
• Delete: Use Settings → Delete Account
   
• Withdraw Consent: Delete account + app
   
• Refusing camera access still allows uploads from your gallery. Refusing both disables AI analysis.
   

Wisage is for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Uploaded content is screened with automatic filters. Users can report content. All flags are reviewed within 24 hours. Repeat abuse results in bans.

Material changes will be announced in-app or via email 7 days before they take effect.

When purchasing, you are asked to confirm:
“I request immediate access and understand I lose my 14-day withdrawal right.”
By consenting, this legal right is waived once content delivery starts.

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
