Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

1. Acceptance

By using Wisage, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 17 years or older to use Wisage.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Basic: $9.99/week
Standard: $19.99/month
Premium: $69.99/year

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24+ hours before renewal • Cancel via Apple Settings or Settings → Manage Subscription • No free trials or refunds unless legally required • EU/UK customers waive their 14-day right of withdrawal when accessing services immediately

4. Limited License

We grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wisage on your iOS device.

5. User Content & Moderation

All uploaded content must be lawful and owned by you. We use automated moderation and reserve the right to remove any content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing material
Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
Bypass subscription restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

Wisage owns all rights to app content, branding, and AI outputs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may delete your account anytime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is CAD 500. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada
Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Calgary
Class actions are not permitted
Opt-out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@wisageapp.com

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Wisage harmless from any claims related to your use of the app.
